FAQ
How can I send my retainer?
I accept payment through Venmo or PayPal! Cash is also an option.
Where are you located and will you travel?
I am located in Desoto County, MS! If a location is farther than 30 minutes, a $15 travel fee will be added to your total. Mini sessions must take place in Desoto County.
What about tax?
Tax has been calculated into the price so you don't have to worry about it!
When will we get our photos?
My turn around time is 2-3 weeks. I hand edit each photo, making sure they are perfect! During the fall, it could take around 3.5 weeks. The gallery will be sent to the email you provided.
Will we get a drone photo?
Sessions 1+ hours will get a drone photo if the weather allows. They do not cost extra. A drone photo is not guaranteed.
What do we wear?
Neutral and earthy colors! Cream, salmon, brown, etc. Stay away from bold and bright colors and heavy prints!
What happens if it rains the day of our session?
I do keep a close eye on the weather. If the session is rained out, we will reschedule with NO added fee!
Is the retainer refundable?
NO, the retainer is non-refundable. HOWEVER, it is transferrable if the situation is out of our control (weather, sickness, etc.)
